Vrrrt! is operated by Jaco Schoeman, based in Johannesburg, South Africa. Contact: support@vrrrt.app. These terms will be updated to reference the Georgian LLC entity once registered.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Vrrrt!. By creating an account or making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Vrrrt! is a research and education tool. It runs historical simulations of trading strategies against past market data. It does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. You acknowledge that all results are hypothetical, based on historical data, and that past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make.

The platform is designed for individual strategy testing and research. You may not: scrape or crawl the site; abuse the API; reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our engines or algorithms; use results to build a competing product; or redistribute reports, trade cards, or analysis outputs commercially without our written permission.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

One-time purchases (Extra Run, Optimize, Full Report): These are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase. By completing your purchase, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)).

Pro subscription ($47/mo): Cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Payment disputes should be directed to support@vrrrt.app first.

All content, engines, algorithms, signal logic, branding, design, and methodology on Vrrrt! are the intellectual property of the operator. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission. Your submitted strategy descriptions remain yours — we claim no ownership over your ideas.

We aim to keep Vrrrt! available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, infrastructure issues, and updates may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions.

We take care to ensure our data and calculations are accurate, but we do not guarantee that results are error-free. Backtesting is a simulation — not a crystal ball. Historical data may contain gaps or inaccuracies that affect results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vrrrt! and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or trading losses, whether arising from contract, tort, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of Vrrrt! from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: your use of backtest results in live trading; your violation of these terms; or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

We encourage you to contact us at support@vrrrt.app before initiating any formal dispute. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA), or by the courts of Johannesburg, South Africa. This clause will be updated to Georgian jurisdiction once the LLC is registered.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. This will be updated to Georgian law once the Georgian LLC is registered.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@vrrrt.app. We will delete your data within 30 days. Unused purchased credits are non-refundable upon account closure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity.

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, power outages, internet disruptions, server failures, cyberattacks, pandemics, government actions, or third-party service outages.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of Vrrrt! after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

When you make a purchase, payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy. We never see, store, or have access to your credit card details. Lemon Squeezy handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.

When you complete a purchase, we receive your name and email address from Lemon Squeezy to associate your purchase with your results. This data is stored on our servers for as long as your purchased content remains accessible. We do not use this data for marketing or share it with third parties. The legal basis for this processing is contract performance (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) — we need your details to deliver what you paid for. If you request deletion of your data under GDPR Article 17, we will comply, which means your purchased reports will no longer be accessible.

The strategies you submit are used only to generate your backtest results. Your strategy description is processed using Anthropic's Claude API to interpret your trading setup. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their privacy policy. We do not store your strategies after the session ends.

We may use anonymous, aggregated usage data (such as total number of backtests run) to improve the platform. This data cannot identify you.

We use only essential cookies required for the platform to function. No tracking cookies. No third-party ad cookies.
